Our three physicians, Jeffrey Paffrath, M.D., Paul Goco, M.D. and Mark Converse, M.D., are board certified in Otolaryngology. In addition, Dr. Goco is also board certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. We also have on staff a Physician Assistant, David Ericson, P.A. Our physicians and physician assistant see adult and pediatric patients for ear, nose and throat complaints ranging from evaluation and management of thyroid conditions and thyroid nodules, ear infections, hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, reflux, cough, sinus, sleep disorders, skin lesions, facial plastics, salivary gland stones, etc…. The Balloon Sinuplasty and Repose procedure for obstructive sleep apnea are procedures for which our doctors have had specific training.

Our four licensed audiologists, Sue Vavrock, Au.D., CCC-A, Kim Mozingo, M.A., CCC-A, Aurora Phelps, M.A., CCC-A, and Vicki Ford, M.A., CCC-A, provide full audiologic services for infants, children and adults. This includes hearing evaluations [standard testing, Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE), Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR), and Auditory Steady State Response (ASSR)], tympanometry, vestibular testing [Videonystagmography (VNG), Electrocochleography (ECOG), Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potential (VEMP)], hearing aid evaluation and fitting, hearing assistive technology, custom swim molds, hearing protection, and musician ear plugs.

The Rejuvenation Center staffed with Gail Simms and Victoria Williams, licensed estheticians, provide consultations for skin care and makeup, microdermabrasion, laser facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, Belavi facelift massage and now Fraxel Laser Skin Resurfacing. The Rejuvenation Center carries the Glytone, Obagi and LaRoche Posay skin care, ColoreScience mineral makeup, SkinCeuticals, PCA, Kinerase and SkinMedica TNS recovery complex.

Plastic Surgery & Reconstructive Surgery: Dr. Paul Goco is board certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In addition to facial plastic procedures, Dr. Goco also offers Thermage, Fraxel Laser Skin Resurfacing, Botox injections, Restylane injections, lip augmentation, laser procedures, and treatment for Rosacea.
